Jose is a great guy to work with. He has good communication skills keeping me updated on my vehicle. Unfortunately I’ve had my vehicle in 6 times for the back up camera and it still does not work every time. Hoping the technicians will be able to reach out to GM regarding this fault.
tech could not determine cause of issue, asked for them to do a symptom based diagnostic, techs refused and said they could only do a computer scan to find codes. drove with a tech to see if I could replicate the issue. dealership held the car and said they would try something else and drive it again. they did not drive the car, mileage was the same as when I left it after driving with the tech, was still in the same position as when I left it the previous day. Basically they were no help. I have taken my car there once before for an oil change, took over two hours and tried to sell me a filter for over $200... will not EVER take my car there again.
Kenny was my service adviser, I arrived before my appointment and he got me checked in without any issues. He kept me up to date with my oil change and sent a picture of my vehicle being serviced. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and he easily applied my GMC service coupon as well as my GMC points to my service which some advisers have struggled with in the past. Kenny made the servicing of my vehicle quick and easy.
Our service tech Ryan was so helpful and accommodating. He was very apologetic when we waited over 3 hours for just an oil change.
