My experience on getting my truck repaired was a long process (3 weeks) there were plenty of lost days of my truck just sitting there waiting to be worked on due to ordering parts and waiting for the approval from the Extended Warranty Company which I will not name but will never recommend them. My service writer Juanita Starbuck was great being my service writer and advocate in getting the work done and fighting for me for the approval from them. She is still fighting for me to get reimbursed for the work that should have been approved covered by the Premium Level that i have on my warranty Without Juanita Starbuck it could have been longer and more costly.
