Confirmed Service Customer
Communication is theee worst I���ve ever experienced at any service department. They don���t update you on your vehicle regardless how long they have it. Their sense of Urgency is nonexistent!! My vehicle went in for major repairs so time was expected, but when I had to return for the part they replaced malfunctioning, they tried to charge me the extended warranty deductible, i argued it and General manager got involved (as requested) and he agreed with my refusal to pay for a part they just ���repaired��� Happy with how General Manager handled the situation, but Juanita needs improvement on her customer skills and communication and how she talks/text ppl. Not very happy with overall buying experience with this dealership, but I bought the truck there so I have to take it there. Also I bought the top tier platinum extended warranty with everything included, and when it came time to put claim in for truck bed cover it was denied������ Still waiting and haven���t heard NOTHING BACK, from GM to fix that problem as well, to focus on a different screw up. Just very frustrating experience all the way around. Made me out to be ���that customer��� because my concerns and constant contact of asking what���s going on. My vehicle was dropped off on the 3rd to 16th and there was only maybe 2 updates and it was initiated by me every time.
