Confirmed Service Customer
My Enclave appointment was for LOF and brake check/repair/replacement. My Service Advisor, Ronald Sharp, was prompt in getting me checked in; I waited for the service to be done. As it turned out, I only needed front brake replace. Unfortunately, the parts were not immediately available at the dealership, and the wait time would have increased by 2-3 hours. Mr Sharp procured an UBER for me to take me home and pick me back up when the repairs were complete. Consider that kind of a "above and beyond" care for the customer since I was a "waiting" customer
