Confirmed Service Customer
Never been to this location before, I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time but had to wait about 15-20 mins. Ron assisted me and apologized for the wait due to another coworker being out that morning. He was very friendly and welcoming. Ron made me feel like I was a regular customer there even it being my first visit. Great customer service from him! The wait time was about 3 hours for my car to be finished.
