Slow process, ran my credit with out verbally telling me. Put the app through 3 times to CUDL, and said it was not processing. Next morning ran through CUDL a 4th time. I work at the lender. SSSCU. An appointment was made and text to me. Went to the dealership the next day at 5:30. The appointment time I had no say in. Waited at a desk for an hour with the sun making it hot. My husband finally said we are going to go eat if it is going to be much longer. Ivory and Bob were nice. Ivory should not answer his phone when with customers, did it several times. Finance went smoothly. It was just a 2 day process and took to long both nights
