Confirmed Sales Customer
This was the absolute worst service I've ever recieved. I came in to take delivery of a Hummer I ordered two years ago. The salesman was resistent to answer my questions or fully explain the features of the truck. We went on a test drive and he didn't even talk. I asked for him to tell me about the new Hummer, and he said when we get back to the dealership. I then asked him again, but he asked me if I was going to buy it first. It was apparent they didn't want to sell me the truck. A different employee shared the early order credit I recieved (over $8K), they wouldn't have to honor if the truck was sold to a different buyer. I will never buy another vehicle from AutoNation.
