It would have been a better experience if there was more communication , when I arrived there was no one to direct me, acted as though I was bothering them, one was eating lunch as stopped to help. Had my vehicle for two n half weeks with minimal contact or updates, never offered a rental, said they were looking into it but never heard back. I purchased a platinum extended warranty and was told by Chis in finance as I was signing THAT EVERYTHING IS COVERED, so I don���t have to worry, I bought the appearance package PLATINUM, I didn���t get the 3yr, I bought the premium 5yr������ ONLY to find out My bed cover that is ABSOLUTELY FALLING APART (appearance) ���wasn���t covered��� I talk to James the service manager and he said he���d talk to the General Manager to see if something could be done NEVER heard anything back AGAIN! I called left messages and texted several times . So I went to this AutoNation to purchase my 47,000 truck because it was recommended but yet I���m extremely disappointed ���� on how I���ve been treated. Yes they did a major repair, transmission so I understood the timing, AND JUST SO ITS DOCUMENTED, the new transmission is shifting hard as well, not as bad as the old but it IS NOT SMOOTH SHIFTING/DOWN SHIFTING. I can still feel it slipping. I���d really like the bed cover replaced as I was told ������EVERYTHING IS COVERED��� very frustrating experience, I stopped calling because my calls were never returned, I was forgotten about and they didn���t care. Thank you More communication between customers and service techs, and only one should be assigned I felt like I was talking to several different ppl so I didn���t know what was accurate or not because when I called some didn���t know what I was talking about and I had to be put on hold, ALSO, please educate, I was told I had to call warranty, then warranty told me the dealer had to call to make claim, and then I had to call back several times, and then was told I needed to make claim on appearance bed cover , like I said extremely frustrating and disappointing that I was lied to about the warranty coverage, and I���m driving around with an appearance eye sore. Even James agreed with me because he took the pictures of the bed cover, ITS COMPLETELY FALLING APART! I asked for a retractable one or a power one if possible. I think it���s crazy that they cover a scratched rim but won���t cover SOMETHING THAT WAS ON THE TRUCK WHEN PURCHASED ����������
